Methyl-Guard Plus®, Thorne’s most popular methylation supplement, contains betaine (also called trimethylglycine), 5-MTHF (active folate), methyl-B12 (active vitamin B12), P5P (active vitamin B6), and R5P (active vitamin B2) to promote healthy methylation for cardiovascular, cognitive, bone health, and more.*
D-5,000 provides 5,000 IUs of vitamin D per capsule. Vitamin D is an essential nutrient for one of the pathways involved in homocysteine metabolism and methylation.* In addition to supporting healthy bones and muscles, vitamin D supports cardiovascular health and immune function.*
Magnesium CitraMate is a combination of magnesium citrate and dimagnesium malate. Magnesium is essential for the health of the heart and blood vessels, brain, bones, muscles and lungs.*
How to use
Methyl-Guard Plus Take 1-3 capsules daily. D-5,000 Take 1 capsule daily. Magnesium CitraMate Take 1 capsule one to three times daily.

INTERACTIONS 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF) supplementation is not recommended concurrently with methotrexate cancer therapy, as it can interfere with methotrexate's anti-neoplastic activity; however, 5-MTHF has not been shown to interfere with the anti-inflammatory activity of methotrexate. An individual taking methotrexate for psoriasis or rheumatoid arthritis can safely take a supplement containing folate. Paid, confirmed orders received before 6:00 PM Eastern Time are generally prepared for same-day shipping Monday through Saturday, subject to carrier pickup availability. Orders after the cutoff, on Sundays, or on major holidays are processed on the next available shipping day.
Where does Cross Wellness ship?
We ship only to the contiguous United States: the 48 states and Washington, DC. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international destinations are not currently eligible.
How do I track my order?
