Cross Wellness ships through UPS to the contiguous United States (48 states and Washington, DC). We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations.

- UPS Ground: $15 per order
- UPS 3 Day Select: $25 per order
- UPS Next Day Air: $49 per order
Free UPS 2nd Day Air on orders of $200+
Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $200 or more after discounts and before tax qualify for free UPS 2nd Day Air within our shipping area. Shipping charges do not count toward the $200 minimum. UPS 2nd Day Air is not offered as a paid shipping option.
Order processing
Paid, confirmed orders received before 6:00 PM Eastern Time are generally prepared for same-day shipping Monday through Saturday, subject to carrier pickup availability. Orders received after the cutoff, on Sundays, or on major U.S. holidays are processed on the next available shipping day. Orders awaiting payment do not ship until payment is received and confirmed.
Tracking and delivery support
Tracking information is emailed to the address used at checkout after an order ships. Transit time begins when UPS accepts the shipment, not when the order is placed. Carrier delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by weather, service interruptions, or address issues.
